Delivery

Expected delivery times for EZEGO bikes is between 1-3 working days for all UK mainland orders. For the purposes of clarity, Saturday and Sunday, as well as any UK national holidays & bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Warranty

As with all EZEGO bikes, a 12 month warranty is included on electrics and components (except on standard wear and tear items) giving you peace of mind when you're on the go. All EZEGO e-Bikes come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty on the battery.
