Delivery

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, we'll initially authorise your payment method, but won't charge it right away. We'll then verify with our supplier to ensure the product you ordered is ready for immediate dispatch. If everything checks out, we'll finalise the payment and promptly send your order on its way. Should there be any hold-ups, like an item being on backorder, we'll cancel the authorisation and inform you of the situation.

UK Order Delivery:

After your order is confirmed, provided the items are in stock and ready for shipping, we'll proceed with charging your card and aim to ship your order in line with the specific manufacturers policy, which is available to view on each individual product found in the 'Delivery' drop down tab. You'll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours after your order ships. If you haven't gotten tracking info by the 6th working day, please get in touch with us at support@envirobikes.co.uk for assistance.
Free shipping is available for all e-Bikes and e-Scooters on our website.

Damages:

We urge you to inspect your items carefully upon delivery. We recommend refusing delivery of any items found to be damaged, If you notice any damage post-delivery, please send us clear photos of the affected items at support@envirobikes.co.uk, allowing us to initiate the investigation directly with the manufacturer of the product you purchased.
